All of the Killer Quail wines come from practicing organic vineyards that I’ve fallen in love with over the years. I was incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to work with both Alder Springs and Grist vineyards in 2019, and used minimal intervention methods to create the wines you’ll find here.

I’m Sara Morgenstern, and these bottles are my love letters to two very special sites.
